Like any other corporate Ferns 'N' Petals (FNP) have three chief levels of management consisting of Senior level, Middle Level, and Lower Level.
The key management of the company comprises the senior level, possessing the decision making power. The selection process of the key management members takes place under great scrutiny on three levels - the first round interview with HR, interview with the concerned department head, and the final panel interview with HR, MD, and all the Directors.

Meeta Gutgutia
Director, Ferns 'N' Petals Group
Meeta Gutgutia is Director with Ferns 'N' Petals Group. Being Vikaas Gutgutia's wife she has been there in the company since its inception in 1994.
A fashion designer by profession, she was previously working with the country's famous fashion designers. And as she has a creative bent and contributes to the décor design department of FNP Weddings.
She also handles the merchandise for the group.
Pawan Gadia
Vice President, Ferns 'N' Petals Group
Pawan Gadia is Vice President of Ferns 'N' Petals Group. He is responsible for charting strategies for the group and responsible for sales and distribution and handling operations within and out of India. He is also involved in the Finance, HR and Admin activites.
He joined the company in 2001 and established the Retail and franchising wing. He strategised the retail and franchise proposals and formulated the various franchise offerings and created the support mechanism to sustain and monitor the same. In April 2002 he created the e-commerce department and since then with the innovative ideas and products the website has become the number one online flower portal in the country.
Shikha Thareja
Director Design, FNP Weddings
Shikha Thareja is Director Design for FNP Weddings. An interior designer by profession, Shikha is there in the company for the past 10 years. Her responsibility involves conceptualization of wedding sets with different themes, and set production.
She is credited with setting up the design wing of FNP Weddings, and is the main brain behind all décor designs produced by the company.
S.P. Rungta
General Manager- FNP Marketing
S.P. Rungta is a Commerce graduate with Honours in Economics have work experience of over 17 years in commodity marketing. He is associated with us since 2003. He is responsible for procurement and distribution of fresh flowers with his expertise in handling large networks.He is focused on to steamlining the day to day operations with a strong team, continuously engaged in syncronising his efforts with company's vision.
AJAY RUNGTA
Asst General Manager- Wedding Decor
Ajay Rungta who has joined us in 2006, brings with him 8 years of vast experience is hard core sales across the world.
A Masters Gold Medalist from USA, he has worked in Nigeria, US, Greece. Prior to FNP, his last venture was as National B2B Manager with Samsung India.
Ajay brings with his the zeal and zest to expand and grow the wedding division.
Lalita Raghav
General Manager, Events
Lalita Raghav is a GM with FNP Events. She joined Ferns 'N' Petals in 2006. A graduate from Mumbai, she is mainly from the Media, Advertising and Hospitality industry. She has been associated with brands like Mayfair Celebrations and Siti Cable.
Lalita heads the Events / Wedding planning team. Her responsibility includes client handling, identifying their requirements and then suggesting various innovative ideas for a new feel to the event. Her job profile also includes artist management, hospitality, vendor co ordination and all kind of niche service providers at events and weddings. As a whole she is responsible for organizing the event from conception to completion.
Her most prestigious projects have been planning and organizing social events and wedding for Jindals, Safe Express Pvt Ltd, Kathuria Steel, Orient Craft Pvt. Ltd., Arvind Construction Co and few niche NRI Weddings.
Management's contribution to the growth of FNP
FNP's decision to register with CII, where no single company was representing floriculture industry of the country, is attributed to the senior level management of the company. CII gave FNP an opportunity to become the mouthpiece of the industry, and a substantial platform to raise flower related issues and problems, and also hardpress on government for policy correction.
In the case of expansion of Ferns 'N' Petals Retail to other countries, the management served as the bridge between the people and MD. They not only forwarded the idea to the MD, but assured him about the success of the plan. They also lent complete support to the employees in charting expansion strategy and doing market research in new destinations, and also recommending them for the CII marketing course. As a result, FNP is now going to open its boutiques in Kathmandu, Dubai, and Singapore.
